Vegan Pasta & Veg Balls

There's just something so comforting about this pasta and it's crazy easy to make. I also love veggie balls and my favorite actually come from IKEA! They do not not contain ingredients with allergens such as gluten, soy, nut, egg or lactose so as many people as possible can enjoy them and you can actually SEE the vegetables in them! If you don't have access to an IKEA Gardein makes a version found in lots of grocery stores, as well as Amy's Kitchen, and Trader Joe's.
