Buffalo Cauliflower Tacos
These tacos are amazing! A little spicy, a little tangy, and super easy to make!
1 cup raw cashews 1 clove garlic 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
1 cup water
PREP THE CAULIFLOWER
Chop 2 cups of cauliflower and add to a large bowl. Pour 1/4 cup of Franks Hot Sauce over the top, and sprinkle 1 tsp of onion powder, and 1 tsp of garlic powder and mix together.
Spread the cauliflower out on a silicon baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
MAKE THE CASHEW CREAMA
In your Vitamix, food processor, or blender, combine the raw cashews, garlic, apple cider vinegar, nutritional yeast, and water and blend until smooth.
MAKE THE GREEN CABBAGE SLAW
Shred 2 cups of green cabbage and mix in 1 tbsp of Vegenaise, and the juice of 1 lime.
Warm each corn tortilla on a pan on your stove and layer each with the cabbage mixture, cauliflower, sliced radishes, avocado, green onions, and cashew creama.
