Spinach & Artichoke Dip
Surprise your non-vegan friends with this amazing appetizer! Its super easy and quick to put together, perfect for pot lucks, parties, or a delicious treat at home!
Mix & Bake
Drain 1 can of artichoke hearts and chop, removing the tough outside pieces as needed. Defrost 1 cup of frozen spinach. Chop 3 green onions and mix all the veggies together with 1 cup of Vegenaise and 1/2 a cup Follow Your Heart parmesan shreds. Add everything to a baking dish and smooth down into a flat layer. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of parmesan shreds. Bake at 375 degrees, covered for 30 minutes, uncovered for 10 more minutes. Top with any hot sauce to taste and serve with crackers or toasted bread!
